Dear lybrate-user
try to have a routine for sleep. Go to bed at the same time every day, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Try not to watch too much television and definitely no tv ophone usage for at least one hour before bed time. Eat a light dinner and keep at least 3-4 hours between dinner and bedtime.
Besides this you can try meditation or listenining to soft instrumental music before going to bed.
All these can help
take care.

Hye.
Thankyou for the query. Any exercise done with discipline and committed mind always can calm a disturbed mind.
So, breathing exercises or pranayam or even other yogasanas which you would do to maintain physical fitness if done with the right attitude can help you develop calmness of mind.
