Pantie prevents throat infection and further rheumatic damage to valves. Concor and pinom can delay heart muscle weakness that occurs with age, specially after mitral valve replacement. In your case repair was done, so more details are required for final opinion. Best wishes.

1) The cause of your BP seems your anxiety and the most important bit is to address that by consulting a psychiatrist. Reducing this anxiety is going to reduce the BP automatically. This experimentation with medications is not going to solve the problem. Fbs/ppbs alone is not enough to understand how good your glycaemic control. You also need to do your hba1c to find out the 3 month average. Hi.
Olmezest and Olmetime both have same component (Olmesartan), just different brand.
I wonder why your doctor has written 2 different brand of same medicine.
For the BP you are having, I will suggest taking 20mg both in morning and evening.
Thanks

Hello, Thanks for the query.
BP 160/80 mm Hg is high, ideally it should be around 120 to 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. You may have to increase the dose of Olmesartan to 40 mg a day.
With HbA1c% 6% diabetes seems to be well controlled. Thanks
