Since you have been bitten by a street dog (or any dog. Anti rabies vaccine is compulsory.
& since there is bleeding from the wound. Its a category 3 exposure, which will need tetanus toxoid+ anti rabies vaccine + rabies immunoglobulin
be sure to wash the wound with soap & water under running tap for atleast 20 minutes.

If the wound is clean and you have not had a tetanus booster in the last 10 years, it is recommended that you receive one. If the wound is dirty or tetanus-prone, then your doctor would likely recommend a tetanus booster if you have not had a tetanus booster shot within the last five years.
