You can take another tab even if your bp won't be normal after 6 hrs as your tablet contains three different drugs to control your blood pressure but if your bp regularly shoots up even after taking medication you need to consult as other factors such as diet skeep stress need to be discussed for effective blood pressure control

I am sure you must have seen the ingredients of both these tablets. There is hardly any difference as glycomet trio 2 contains voglibose 0.2 mg & the other tablet has voglibose 0.3 mg.
