It seems you have tried many allo drugs, if you want to try ayurveda see the difference. Take tab trishun 2 tab three times daily for 5 days with warm water empty stomach.

I need some more questions about your symptoms, as azithro might not relieve your fever and cold immidiately, few more medications needed to be taken, and yes yellow pee is fine, just drink ample amount of water.

If once daily is relieving you, better take it only once a day after food
gargle with luke warm water avoid all sour n cold foods
