For past four months I have been experiencing slow menstrual flow , before that I used to have 2-3 days heavy to moderate flow and no more bleeding on 4th day but now it has been 2 days with scanty flow since 4 months. Before 4 months due to vaginal itching and mild white discharge doctor prescribed me candida cl pessary for 3nights and fluconazole 150 mg one tab and secnidazole 2g no itching or discharge after that but since then scanty menstrual flow and earlier I use to pass small clots but now no clots and scanty flow, cycle is regular of 32 days but very less flow for 2 consecutive days and 3rd day like 1 or 2 drops. What it might be? Anything serious? I'm really concerned, never experienced this. Age is 26 , planning for a baby in 1 year, so is it serious? Got my cbc , thyroid and vitamin9n profile done. Tsh level is 8.28 and vitamin d is 3.2 ng/ml all other results are normal.

Lastly used allopathy antifungal medicine doses like fluconazole 150 for two weeks daily and secnil forte 1 tablet daily for 5 days and dc lb 100 daily for a week then once daily for a week. Itching is not there but the discharge and vulvar rashes are still left 30%. Lilium tigr pent, bc 13, r82, pelvic aid, ova test? Can anyone pls suggest me which medicine will work best in this problem? After periods my discharge becomes watery then it day by daybecomes thicker whiter creamy or thread like then after 15-16 days of period it becomes yellowish and also whitish cream like with a bit of smell. After taking antibiotics itching is not there but once in a day I feel stinging sensation in the opening of vagina for a few seconds. Do not know why the rashes are not going this all started after intercourse and from 4 months i'm avoiding it. But still not cured.

Dr. I was suffering from vaginal infection from 7 months. At the beginning I took fluconazole 150 mg one medicine for three weeks. Only one tablet every week. I tried candid cl pessaries candid b cream and also fas 3 kit one kit in one day and again in the next week but these all gave me temporary relief. I was having curd like discharge with itching vulva and swelling at first but then after the use of antibiotics discharge stopped one day. But then itching started after few days and I tried many homeopathic medicines but no one can provide me full relief. Now it's been 7 months my discharge was watery sticky fall and then it become thicker whiter and before periods it became yellow pus like with a fishy smell, this symptoms continued for 3-4 months. Rashes occurred in vulva like heat rashes. Then I again decided to take allopathy treatment so Dr. prescribed me fluconazole 150 mg for 3 days once a day. Secnil forte one tab for 5 days and dc lb 100 for a week with candid b cream. Now it is the third day itching is gone but rashes has remained 30% with vaginal discharge. Can anyone pls tell me should I continue to take the medicines for more days and if yes then how should i. Can anyone tell me the dose? Nd i'm not using any candid b cream don't know but I felt a bit irritated with that cream when I used it in the beginning that means before 5-6 months. Pls help me doctor. I really want to get rid off it. It already disgusted me a lot. Pls help me.

The doctor should have given the instructions in the prescription.
Refer to that. If you can't understand it then go to the doctor again or nearby medical store owner.
The dose of the medicine always depends on the individual patient requirements.
