Hello sir. Please get your serology test result confirmed by western blot, if not already done. Its better to get your self registered with a naco clinic to get life long care if you are confirmed to be hiv positive, unless you can afford private care for life. Hello.
I think your Dr. gave you trioday as an post exposure prophylaxis for hiv, though it is not the most recent recommended combination. Pep should be taken with in 72 hrs of the exposure but sooner the better. However some basic tests are required before/ at the same time of starting pep.
You can consult in private for more information to avoid unnecessary meds or tests. Thanks.

Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.
