Hello, triohale has ciclesonide, an inhaled corticosteroid in it, mainly used for airway swelling treatment. If taken as per your pulmonologist s recommendation, the dose should be not high enough to cause immunosuppression.
Please take medicine with proper consultation and under supervision.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.

Dear Lybrate user, there is no documented / reported case of liver toxicity with use of budesonide & formoterol (budamate) inhaled drugs.
Since you have observed a rising of liver enzymes, it would be advisable to contact your treating doctor and reduce the dose of your inhaler (because all medicines pass through liver and may cause further problem)
you also need to contact a dm gastroenterology and try to find reason for liver problem.
Wishing you good health.

Both are long acting ics-laba combination drugs. The only difference being that salmeterol (seroflo) acts a little slower than formoterol (maxiflo).
Side effects range from hypersensitivity, altered taste, oral candidiasis, tachycardia to pneumonias.
