I am 29 years old male. From age of 17 years acne, white heads started appearing on my face, leaving dark scars, blemishes. Then hard reddish acne around lips under nose. From last 6-7 years hard acne appears on face below jawline for a month or fifteen days on left side then on right side. Also from last three years hard bumps on pelvic area. I take medicine from doctor who sometimes give for a month tablets, capsules and fusidic acid cream for applying. It improves the situation for a month and again process start afterwards. Kindly suggest any thing instead of medicine I can take at home.

treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello there. I have skin problems on my elbow and foots got black patches with rough skin and itching. I consulted a skin specialist he wrote me to dip potassium permanent soln in hot water and Mometasone furoate and fusidic acid cream along with moduderm b to use twice a day. I am 46 years old women have thyroid, cholesterol diabetes and low bp problems. I had these problems from last 6 years please tell me how to cure it. I have consulted many doctors now lost hope. Please tell me what should my diet and ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment if possible? I had gall bladder tumour operated last yr. Is it liver sirosis? Or due to kidney malfunction. Please help.

Gal bladder is a bag like structure for storing bile from liver and you do not have cirrhosis from this history and for dryness you apply coconut oil and do not apply soap . Even if you apply , then after drying the skin apply coconut oil and leave it there , YOu need to make sure thyroid, diabetes and BP are normal with medication

I have few black spot's acne on my shoulder, back and hips butt's. I consulted with a dermatologist. Since these marks where existing from long due to excess heat in my body but I never took care of it always ignored, now that mark's has reduced but still there on butts back which looks bit shabby. Dermatologist suggested for a laser or a chemical peel off which will help him removing that mark's, which is quite expensive. However, I am looking for someone medical cream, which will help in reducing those acne dot's. I have clobetasol propionate salicylic acid ointment (voilet ribbon) and clobetasol propionate ip (red ribbon). Can I use them on my back butt's naval? Or is there any good ointment which will bring back my fair glowing skin. Also on my forehead I have black spots very tiny my chicks are fair but forehead is black, how to get rid of these black dot's? What to apply? What to apply on beard's to make it look shinny? Please guide me with a good ointments, cream, oils. Is charvi hair solution advisable on bald area or mintop?

Hi, please stop using clobetasol cream since it is a steroid and not appropriate treatment for fungal infection. Use micogel at night for a few weeks instead and see a doctor if there is no satisfactory response.

I got circle like rashes around my left eye. I think it is ringworm. I tried many creams such as clotrimazole but still it didn't work! And even I hav got red spots in groin area that gives burning sensation! I think that too is ringworm. I used many creams and tablets there but it works for some time after few weeks it again comes back! Please help.

Don't worry. Specific medicine required. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds.
