Every day i'm getting cough, every day early morning between 3 to 6 a.m,once I woke up from bed last 3 to 4 months i'm having this problem, if I took monticope tablets [ montelukast sodium 10 mg, levocetirizine hydrochloride ip 5 mg ] i'm not getting this issue, but seriously i'm fed up with taking this medicine every day, whats the exact problem in my body, y i'm getting this issue, i'm a serious gymmer, every day i'm dng 2 to 3 hours exercise, and i'm taking proper food on time, but bcos this wheezing problem at every day night, the hole day i'm feeling so sleepy, give me the best suggestions for this problem, even if I sleep in morning time also i'm having this same wheezing and cough. I'm 28 years old.

My name s simran chandola I am female, 22 years old height 157 cm weight 58 kg. I am having dust mite allergy for the past 6 years but it keeps occurring every year. This time the symptoms started a week back around 1st april and I started my antibiotic course of 6 days (azithromycin) but now the symptoms are back please suggest the course of antibiotics I need to take. More details about the presenting complaint: the issue has now persisted for over a week I have trouble walking because of shortness of breath. Symptoms are cough fatigue chest tightness cold nasal drip wheezing shortness of breath previous history of the same issue: yes it occurs every year in the months of april and may and persists for 1-2 weeks current medications: azithromycin levocetirizine montelukast decongestants vitamin b complex grilinctus cough syrup past medications of the same issue: same as current lab tests performed: the congestion was seen in the airways.

I am 21 years old male. I am suffering from rashes for 6 months. These rashes appear for sometime and goes eventually. It can remain upto 1 hour or whole day. These rashes comes anywhere on my body. They are very itchy as well and spreads if I scratch on them. They are most of the time round shaped in red color. Mostly appears on my palms and sole area of legs. My skin also turns red very quickly if some physical pressure is put on it. I have taken medicines such as atarax 25 mg, montelukast 10 mg with levocetirizine 5 mg, bilastine tablets, histafree. But nothing works. They work for sometime or someday but they come back again. I also had ringworm infection 2 years back on my groin area and still have some black spots on my skin because of intensive scratching. Still that area is itchy as well. Not sure whether these are connected or not. I am getting depressed because I haven't been felt healthy since months. I feel some relief when I sleep or i'm under ac room. Any help would be highly appreciated.

That could be an allergic reaction, as your saying your not feeling well lately, probably the rash could also be due to auto immune diseases, to diagnose the problem you need to meet a good dermatologist.

Sir I am suffering from cough since 7 months now. So much irritation in my throat. I've done such tests like blood count test, sputum test, ecg, chest x-ray, lung function test, ige test, sinus x-ray. All are normal except ige is above 1000 and sinus x ray is chronic maxillary sinusitis. My one side nose always blocked, and it alters from one and other. And i've also found two peanut type gland swollen middle of upper throat. And it swollen up more when cough increases and reduce in size when cough reduces. And I had many anti allergic like levocetirizine, montelukast, billastine, alevo tablets, fluticasone furoate nasal spray, but didn't work. Can anyone help me?

It is good to use Ebastine and montelukast. Ebastine is a second-generation antihistamine which has been shown to be an effective treatment for both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
