If cough is not responding to cough syrup there is a possibility of a serious infection. You should consult a physician and start an antibiotic. Y ou might also need a change of cough syrup. In the mean time do steam inhalation, avoid cold food and drinks.

hi.
use mouth gargle colgate mouth wash. thrice a day. drink warm water. avoid cold thing. Take tab. Sinarest twice a day after meal. take tab. ampilox 500 mg twice a day after meal for 5 to 7 days.
Avoid cold things. Take orange juice, drink warm water. Green veg., veg. Soups.

You may be having deficiency of vitamin D.
Normal level of vit D is between between 20-50 ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates Vitamin D deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning
2. Take Milk, cheese, egg yolk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of Vitamin D you have to take Vitamin D supplement 60000IU/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.
