Babies fuss a lot. It could be due to vaccination. Try paracetamol drops if in pain or if any fever.
Try massaging babys tummh gently. Feed him regularly. Consult pediatrician if still crying persists.

How frequently you r getting asthma attacks?
dry throat /cough r due to inflammation of bronchi/lungs. Use tab unicontin sr 400mg daily 7-00pm.
Also get your pft/pulmonary function test.
