Mostly because of excessive use of these products, you have developed pigmentary contact dermatitis which is bit difficult to manage.
Avoid unnecessary topical medication and consult a skin specialist.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt. Use umbrella when going in sun.

There can be many things like you are suffering from arthritis, may be high uric acid or any calcium of vitamin d3 deficiency.
Now a days sedentary life style and bad food habits provide the biggest contribution in these pains.

1. check for any hypocalcemia (low calcium)in blood = S. calcium / S. albumin / vitamin D levels/i PTH levels .
2. avoid smoking / coffee / excessive physical activity
3. drink adequate water
4. take multivitamin / multimineral supplements for 1month .
5. if you are on any estrogen therapy for PCOD it can cause twitches especially in hands and legs .
6. review if symptoms continue
