Urologist•
I can understand your concern. Please try local application of Triamcinolone ointment twice day. This will loosen the tight tissues and may help in retracting the foreskin. Since I cannot prescribe online, please get a prescription from your local physician.
If it does not work there are some minor procedures to free the tight foreskin without removing it completely (i.E. Without circumcision).
Please get back to me if you have any doubts.
I hope your problem gets resolved soon,

The best treatment for dry skin is daily lubrication with an emollient (a substance that inhibits the evaporation of water). Because most dry skin is due to external causes, external treatments like creams and lotions can be applied and effectively control the skin problem. Often, dry skin can be improved by applying a bland over-the-counter moisturizer. Once other causes of dry skin have been ruled out, the main goals of treatments are to stop the itching, prevent loss of water, and restore ski...more

Depending on the climate, patients usually benefit from 5-minute, lukewarm baths followed by the application of a moisturizer such as white petrolatum. Frequent baths with the addition of emulsifying oils (1 capful added to lukewarm bath water) for 5-10 minutes hydrate the skin. The oil keeps the water on the skin and prevents evaporation to the outside environment. In infants, 3 times a day is not a great burden; in adults, once or twice a day is usually all that can be achieved. Leave the body...more

Ulcers usually heal without treatment. However, there are many helpful lifestyle changes you can make to treat canker sores. Brush and floss your teeth regularly to prevent a bacterial infection. Avoid spicy foods to speed up the healing process. Pain can sometimes be severe. You can lessen the discomfort by gargling with mouthwash or salt water. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but it will help reduce pain.
Seek medical care if you’re unable to eat or drink or your canker sore hasn’t...more
