Hello doc, in past few days I am noticing that my foreskin is getting shrinking and having a very little itching problem on top of my foreskin. Someday ago everything was normal my foreskin could be easily pulled back over the top of my penis head. I had never have a phimosis problem. I used coconut oil for antifungal situation but but no good results. And then I tried the vegetables oil (sarso ka tel) and this morning I got a white liquid there so I am concerned about it. Please help me. I did a sexual intercourse without protection. Please tell me what should I have to do now. Doctor suggested me- "it may be fungal infection take tab. Fluconazole tab. Levokast apply daktarin gel 2 % locally after washing and drying the glans. And a tab fungisure for 10 days" but please tell the dose (in mg) for a day and at last when treatment goes end should I have to stop taking tablet immediately or I have to do it in a decreasing way like 1 tab. For 1 day and than 1/2 tab for next day 1/4 on next day and so on. Please help.

Tiny hairs 2-3 mm in length, called "exclamation hairs;' may be seen. Telogen hairs are easily dislodged from the periphery of active lesions. The beard, brows, and lashes may be involved. Involvement may extend to all of the scalp hair (alopecia totalis) or to all scalp and body hair (alopecia universalis).
Severe forms may be treated...more
