Hello, You question has two parts acidity and oral ulcers both have stress related energy. Recurrent Apthus ulcers are pain then chemical burn ulcers. If the ulcer is localized, whitish and painful it is apthus. It heals of its own after 5 days to week but if it is not that painful it can be because of acid regurgitation. U can apply triamcinolone ointment (kenacort or oraways) on the ulcers. Avoid stress and take vitamin b complex suppliments.

lybrate-user Dear you have invited a unwanted problem by chewing supari .it is never too late. Stop all tobacco products and supari .visit dental surgeon for cleaning and polishing of teeth. Apply benzocaine ointment in case of pain .apply neomycin oral/orajel ointment.
Apply boroglycerin regularly and listerine mouthwash regularly.
