As per mri my spine dics lubricant is all finished at l4-l5 & l5-s1. Pls let me know the medication.
Mri report has to be interpreted in context to clinical condition of patient. Anyway you may try
kindly show me your all reportsrule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days
bio d3 max 1tab od x10
do neck, back & general exercises.

Hi walk will definitely help you in reducing your wt, but to reduce your tummy, you need some exercises targeting your abs. You can wear abd. Binder while exercising.

Hi thanks for your query in 7 month old baby to have a cough you can give syrup ascoril but before starting any medications on home I would like to suggest you to visit nearby pediatrician and get changed examination done and to rule out underlying pneumonia infection of the lungs.
