I don't think that you should use these medications without your doctors prescription. They might increase your lipid profile and you might face some bone deformities if kept unchecked. Kindly contact an expert to know if you even need these tablets.

Hi lybrate-user. U can continue the same medications. Start using a sunscreen with a spf of around 30 to 50 which is non comedogenic (acne uv sunscreen gel) and a moisturiser (aqua soft fc) at night times since you can experience some dryness due to usage of tretiva tablets.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking ISOtretinoin. You may have unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting. Check your food and medicine labels to be sure these products do not contain alcohol.

Isotretinoin on its own doesn't cause vaginal infections. It makes vaginal and other mucosal surfaces dry which makes vaginal mucosa sore. That makes it vulnerable to infections like candidiasis and others.

There is no any documented interaction between the two. However erythromycin inhibits cytochrome enzyme which metabolises isotretinoin. So it may cause side effects if the doses are high. You can also use alternative to erythromycin to be on safe side.
