Those ointment will not cure ur problem,,rather it will increase the problem,,first of all wash ur face with warm water atlst once daily,,wash ur face frequently with normal water,,,apply alovera gel extract,,apply milk and honey,,apply bananna with honey,,apply masoor dal paste with rose water,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
