One of the side effects of flax seeds oil supplement is bleeding. Isotretinoin tablets can sometimes causes nosebleed. If you have been noticing unexplained bleeding of any kind I suggest you stop flax seeds oil tablet.

There is no need to give Iso Plus Isotonic or other artificial flavoured health drinks to children unless they are required. You can give them natural drinks like fruit juices, buttermilk, lemon water etc. Natural drinks are better option for children rather than packed drinks.

Hi, Usually there is a flare after taking isotretinoin. Expect this to subside around 10-15 days after the beginning of therapy. Are you self medicating by any chance? What else are you using with isotretinoin?
