Hello, I am not very much convinced that you have complex partial seizures, the granuloma though in temporal region can induce seizures but the sequence is not suggestive at all according to the information you have posted. You can try a video eeg to further investigate the cause for same.

I think a complete course of ects with medication will make you feel better. If affordability is an issue am sure there are good medical colleges nearby where a psychiatry department can treat you at affordable cost of treatment.

In February 2016 I started having a bladder infection. Frequent urge to go but very little concentrated urine coming out. There was NO bleeding or pain of any kind. I consumed ayurvedic cystitis syrup and the problem got resolved. The same situation repeated itself in March. I drank syrup and it got cured. But for some few months since May-June now I find my bladder is behaving very strange. It acts perfectly normal during the daytime. I urinate not more than 7-8 times a day. The urine is clear and healthy looking - not concentrated at all. When I am upright (walking/standing/sitting) my urination is not noticeably frequent. But ANYTIME I lie down I feel bladder pressure and an increasing urge to void. The urge to void is frequent. And the urine is actually quite dilute. Even when I drink VERY little water during the day, at night the urine is surprisingly light and dilute. And also it is rather frequent. The trend is very different compared to my cystitis. When I had infection I had to urinate ALL the time, whether sitting down or lying down. Those days very little VERY small amount of urine used to come out. I had to strain to pass urine. Nowadays I am normal when I stand up or walk but when not active and especially lying down I feel the bladder fullness. I urinate a relatively dilute solution without much straining. Some background information: I am an 18 year old girl. I have been physical lethargic and inactive and tired for since around mid-2015 because of a gradual depression. I also suffer from a very mild case of piles since December 2015. It comes on and off - sometimes it's not even recognisable. I did a urine test in June which showed rather normal results. There were no pus cells at all. Absolutely NO foreign bodies or organisms of any kind. The epithelial cell count was 2-4 hpf and the pH was 5. Other than the above mentioned issues I function healthily. Don't have any previously diagnosed condition or abnormality. These health problems of mine have started quite recently - within the past ONE year. Please let me know what are the possible conditions I may be suffering from based on my bladder habits. Thank you.

I am a known hypertension patient managing it with Amlong H 5 mg (taken in the morning). As I was not able to manage the BP, an additional Amlong 2.5 mg to be taken at night was prescribed. I was able to manage my BP within the limits of 120/80. Recently I has an incident where I slipped on a wet floor while pushing a cot. The upper side of the cot hit my chin and the neck portion. It has damaged my voice card. I could speak with difficulty. Breathing became difficult. BP jumped to 200/110. I was admitted in St. Johns hospital for three days and administered Wysolone (steroid, Mox clav 625, Pan 40 mg, PCT 650 mg + Amlong H 5 mg to manage the situation. My sugar level went up which was treated by insulin injection. After discharge the tablets were continued including Wysolone which was tapered off. Three days after my BP again shot to 200/100. Medication changed to Telma CT (40/6.25 mg)Nebicard-5 (morning dose, Amlong 5 mg and Ecosprin 75 mg in the night. The dose was further increased to Telma CT 80/12.5 and decreased to Telma CT 80/12. 5Nebicard-5 deleted. Finally, the present dosage is Telma CT 80/12.5 mg in the morning and Amlong 5 mg with Ecosprin AV 75 in the evening. Managed for two days the higher recorded BP being 156/91. Now there is a decreasing trend of BP the present level being 116/77. My question to you Dr. Sir is what is minimum threshold llumit of BP where we have to approach the Physician for a revisit of the dosage. Regards and thanks in anticipation. Measure BP once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Avoid measuring BP on impulse or when unwell. Keep BP below 140. Best wishes.

Hi . Divalproex sodium is an anti-epileptic drug and can be given for controlling seizures or fits. It also has been used as a mood stabilizer for some mood related psychiatric conditions. Betacap tr 40 is propranolol and is often used to bring the heart rate down. It is used in controlling blood pressure, anxiety, tensions and hand tremors.
