In 2015 in m addicted of capsule codeine alcohol weed etc in 2016 I quit these harm full things after that I am suffering from insomnia I am going to the psychiatrist doctor it's say you r suffering from bipolar disorder doctor prescribed me medicine I am eating continue medicine it's name is is dilpra od it's salt name is divalproex prolonged release tablet 2 is lurasid 40 it's salt name is lurasidone hcl 3 lozex md 1 it's salt name is lozepam 4 zing pride it's salt name is amisulpride I am eating these medicine near about 25 months after that one day I notice my penis not erected I am suffering from erectile dysfunction please give me a suggestion what can I do to cure ed I am not telling about erectile dysfunction with my psychiatrist because I am very shy person.

Medically assisted drug detoxification or alcohol detoxification alone is ineffective as a treatment for addiction. One year ago I had a ankle arthoscopy debridememt with microfracture done after a fall in aerobics class when I was diagnosed with cartilage tear (wornout) for my left leg. After the procedure, my ankle still pains and unable to bear load, sometimes even difficult to walk a few steps or stand despite all the physiotherapy for 3 months as suggested by my doctor, when complained about the existence of pain with a fresh mri of ankle, I was prescribed osteofos 70 for 3 months, but still I'm suffering the same pain, pls advice me coz I'm willing to go any extent cause I want to get back to sporting activity. Advice me about new trends and techniques in cartilage replacements at any nook and corner of the world. Also suggest me the worlds best hospital for my issues. Thanking you

Fetal heart and movement are well seen Gestational age is about 35 weeks 3 days by BPD of of 89 mm (37 weeks) HC of 320 mm (37 weeks 6 days), FL of 66 mm (34 weeks 5 day) AC of 304 mm (36 weeks 4 days) Fetal weight is about 2468g These parameters are ok? Then my doctor suggested Maternal blood sugar evaluation. Because AC showed an upward trend but measurements was with in normal limits. please refer all parameters and give your answer thanks.

I am 65 years and am controlling sugar since 25 years. Seeing slight increasing trend in HbA1C six months before (6.3 to 6.7), I consulted my endocrinologist and he increased dose of Glitaris M7. 5 tablet from half to one daily, and introduced one additional tablet Januvia 100 mg. This change brought down HbA1C back to 6.3. However, when I started taking Januvia, initially I had burning feeling in chest. It was temporary and I continued with Januvia. Recently (about one month back), I started having problem in swallowing solid food. I took a course of Gannamod tablets (20) and now I am practicing change in life style like keeping gap of 2 hours between dinner and bed. However, I am not quite comfortable with this and have developed anxiety for eating. I read that Januvia has side effect of acid reflux. Nevertheless, my endocrinologist told me that there is no such side effect due to Januvia and I should continue with the course. I request you to please confirm this.

Im suffering from a kind of seizure since 7/8 year more, I had been diagnosed calcified granuloma at temporal lobe region, and mesial temporal sclerosis through mri scan, now i'm taking medication name clobazam and this medicine didn't able to control my problem and later I started take divalproex but same didn't able to control my problem, and then started taking lacosamide but this also not able to control my problem, I feels suddenly discomfort at head and too much difficulty all over the body too much discomfort till 20 second to last 50 second and after then I feels normal. During that time I always in normal condition everything, I can sense normally my surround environment and can talk with anyone normally and do everything, I never haven't unconscious till now, only too much difficulty and discomfort which is out of tolerate and I feels relief after 20 to 50 second later and becomes normal, I feels such types of difficulty daily 1/2 times or more repeat and some time 2/3 days gap and again same 1/2 attack. Some time this attack repeat so much more than 50 per day, really bothering eeg test only can detect during that attack of 20 to 50 second other time not able to detect and always show normal eeg in other normal condition, really don't know which medicine can control this types seizure.

Hello, I am not very much convinced that you have complex partial seizures, the granuloma though in temporal region can induce seizures but the sequence is not suggestive at all according to the information you have posted. You can try a video eeg to further investigate the cause for same.

I am 37 years old men from gujarat. I did m.pharm and was a lecturer in pharmacy college at Gujarat. When I was talking my lecture on 10/03/2010 suddenly I felt fear n hallucinating condition and I diagnosed at that time with a paranoid schizophrenia n I was on combinations of medicine like antipsychotic n all but after that my doctor has told your disorder has been concerted to bipolar disorder n right now I am on lexpin 25 mg, lithium bicarbonate 450 mg, divalproex sodium 500 mg, nortriptyline 50 mg, trazodone 100 mg, fluoxetine 20 mg, nitrazepam 5 mg, trihexyphenidyl 2 mg on daily basis at night n this all medicines I am taking regularly although I am getting 2 to 3 episodes per year. Right now I had tried brintellix 10 mg for a month but I am getting depressed so I had stopped right now brintellix. Actually I am feeling tired from this condition n getting suicidal thoughts, lack of confidence, worthlessness n getting angry easily n feeling alone. Really I am feeling helplessness. Please can anyone tell me whether my treatment going is on a right way or not. Also I had taken 4.4.2 ect. And right now I am thinking about ultra brief pulse therapy n rtms but getting confused about this because this requires more sessions so financially also it will goes more. But ya if it gives a benefits to my conditions then I am ready to go ahead. I had taken many advice from various doctors in gujarat. Today I approximately passed 10 years with this illness. Dysthymia, chronic anxiety neurosis (panic), chronic insomnia suffering from 21 years. 10 days back doctor prescribed me serta 50, bupran150 mg, arip10 mg, clonotril 0.5 mg, tryptomer25 mg. Now from 10 days no interest in sex, erectile dysfunction due to serta. I am afraid of bupran150 because I have monthly twice take 180 ml brandy. Is seizure, liver damage with bupran? Can skip the bupran? Is bupron taking take alcohol monthly twice? Even arip10 mg, clonotril, tryptomer, I have no very well sleep. Mirtaz is more sedation. escitalopram side effect me loose stool, stomach upset. venlafaxine, paroxetine no sexual feelings, I take duloxetine, olanzapine, divalproex 500. So now I am diabetes, grade 2 fatty liver. So duloxi discontinued. So doctor prescribe serta, bupran, arip, tryptomer. Sir/ madam can I take vortixitine instead of serta, bupran. Is it is very effective other than ssri, snri I mean serta, bupran. Can I take zyprosyn instead of arip. I have no very well sleep these medications.

I have also l5_s1 slliped disc and overactive bladder. But now no back pain .when heavy work back pain will be appear. 15 days back I consult psychiatrist he gave me morning tab duloxetine 20, night divalproex500, oleanz 2.5 mg for 15 days. I taken these medicines. After 15 days consult same doctor and told to him I am sleeping problem, snoring,no freshness after sleeping and disturbance sleep. He gave me morning tab modalert100 mg, night divalex 500 mg, oleanz 2.5 mg. My doubt is how to reduce my major depression and anxiety neurosis without scars, ndris. Is modafinil effect in major depression and anxiety neurosis. please advise any medication for my problem. Can I take modalert for my depression laziness. Sir/ madam I am sekhar my age is 42 jam suffering from chronic dysthymia, chronic anxiety tension, chronic insomnia, chronic fatigue syndrome, overactive bladder from 20 years. Jam taken all scars, snris, .but no cure. All scars include vortixitine jam stomach upset, loose stool. Do discontinued. Venlafaxine so sleepy, lethargy,libido, desvenlafaxine no working. I am taking duloxetine, divalproex 500, olanzapine2. 5,clonazepam for 1 year so I got a prediabetes, grade 2 fatty liver. So I discontinued .now I am taking tab deveniz100, zolfresh10 mg from 3 months. But not working very well. Jam taken quetiapine (very sleepy, aripiprazole (insomnia). Jam fear to brutan 150 because I am taking 180 ml whisky monthly twice maybe seizures doubt so 10 days I discontinued. My prediabetes ,grade 2 fatty livercause duloxetine, divalproex,clonazepam, antipsychotic sir/ madam? Is it right sir. Now I want to take duloxetine, bupran,zolfresh. Mel at on in is headache. I'm in village doctor available 200 k.m.i consult many psychiatrist.
