Anti rabies vaccine used now is a safe vaccine --alprazolam is not found to be reducing the antibody level--
still -it is better to avoid drugs ;alcohol ;smoking etc and have a healthy daily routine during the vaccination period and for 3-4 months after exposure.

Since You are a heart patient, it is advisable for you to take medications that have least effect on the heart. Paroxetine is a SSRI, which is considered to very safe for heart patients. On the other hand Zapiz is Clonazepam which is a benzodiazepine which should be used on a short term basis. They should not be taken for more than 4 weeks as they may cause dependence.
