Hello lybrate-user. Ultrasound is a very basic test.
If it is negative for any abnormal findings it does not mean everything is normal.
There are further investigations required.
Avoid taking medicines blindly.
Lower abdomen pain is not treated with pantoprazole.
Either you can consult and take proper guidance and treatment or you can wait.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the information given. i do not understand the relationship between Pantoprazole and diabetes treatment.
You have mentioned fasting and PP (?) glucose level but no HbA1c5. So it is difficult to comment.
Pantoprazole is for controlling stomach acid secretion, it has nothing to do with glucose control. Please clarify why that has been mentioned. Thanks.

I think your suffering from IBS-Irritable bowel syndrome. Well first of all you need to control your anxiety level. Walk regularly. Take non-spicy, non-fatty food. Take boiled water. With this if you wants to cure your problem you need to take proper homeopathic treatment for long term. U can also contact me through Lybrate.
