Venlor is a SNRI and Trazadone also acts through serotonergic system, in that way they are compatible but why you are given 2 antidepressants at what dose are you taking them, rarely serotonin syndrome can occur but do not worry with these big words, seek the help of the Psychiatrist who prescribe them.

Someone at 24 is taking strong pain killers with anti anxiety medicines, the heart remains calm while effect of medicines last, but beats faster later. Do not take these medicines, get basic tests for heart done- ecg, echo followed by stress test, bp check up, blood tests for sugar & total lipids, get back here for more guidance.

Lorazepam addiction also needs treatment along with your depression. Though you have mentioned the tablets name, you have not mentioned the maximum dose tried and the duration of each tablet taken. If it is maximum dose and adequate duration, you will be given add-ons of intractable depression. There are many more that will be added to your antidepressant. Hello Mr. lybrate-user, it's really tough to be in a situation which you are going through, would you be able to specify how many manic or hypomanic episodes have you had previously. There are certainly more drugs in our kitty as psychosurgery or dbt are not as evolved yet to address bipolar depression, ect & rtms are also available non invasive options. Don't lose hope, you may definitely fight this out.
