I can appreciate your thinking in raising this query.
- Zosert ( Sertraline) is an effective medication for depression & anxiety. I can see that you are taking 150 mgs once daily which is a good enough dose. The maximum dose will be 200 mgs once daily
- Zosert and Trazalon are both antidepressants but chemically they belong to different class. Zosert is an SSRI . Trazalon is more of a serotonin modulator.

Venlor is a SNRI and Trazadone also acts through serotonergic system, in that way they are compatible but why you are given 2 antidepressants at what dose are you taking them, rarely serotonin syndrome can occur but do not worry with these big words, seek the help of the Psychiatrist who prescribe them.
