Hello, thanks for the query.
Some times the cover of the tablets having sustained release type of drugs may come out in the stool. There is no drug in that. Please let me know whether your blood glucose levels are within limits or are those going haywire? Please look at fasting, pp glucose levels, and hba1c%. Then come back. Thanks.

Dear sir, rbs 400 is too high. We need your fbs, ppbs and hba1c. Very important thing is that we have to check your retinal changes as well as kidney functions too. You can come to private consultation online and we can start your treatment. Till then make a habit of walking daily for 60 mins, strict diet should be followed.

Sometimes we rely too much on medications for insomnia whereas some small changes in our lifestyle may also help us to sleep well. A sleep assessment may be good to diagnose first of you really have insomnia. Please consult so that I may assess.

Mr. lybrate-user, 48 mg / 100 ml glucose is seriously low level. It can cause severe damage including unconsciousness. When glucose level starts going below 70 mg, it starts producing hypoglycemic symptos. One should not allow the level to go down like that. Please look at your total treatment and fasting, Pp levels and HbA1c5. Thanks.
