Usually retainers are given after orthodontic treatment and they should be religiously used post removal of braces. Orthodontic relapse usually occurs when retainers are not properly used. Please see your orthodontist for your problem.

I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.
