There are no medical tips for correct procedure for urination by girls.
The only thing to be observed or be careful about is to prevent contamination and infection of urethra by pot or by anal bacteria while washing.
Female urethra is small and more vulnerable to UTIs as compared to males.
It is always advisable to pause for a moment while commencing to urinate but doing it in pauses is not advisable. Do it slowly with control as fast urination may cause injury to urethra.
