Just get her urine examined for rbc and you will know the answer - consult doctor if rbc are seen in urine sample more than 7 days after surgery and immedietly if she has fever.

Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting.
