Hello lybrate-user, your mother is having discharge or abnormal bleeding? If she is having abnormal bleeding then tranexamic acid is given and if not relieved go for d and c to find. Cause of abnormal bleeding. But if she is having only discharge then she need examination and antibiotics.

The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.

Hello, take Hamamelis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses.

And for rest of days, take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back.
Also Mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hourly (SOS for pain).

Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
