Hi lybrate-user
tranostat mf is a combination mefenamic acid and tranexamic acid.
It helps to control the bleeding whether it is due to pcos or fibroid.
And no it does not completely stop the period or it does not postpone the period.
It is only helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding in cases of heavy bleeding.
In case you are suffering from heavy menstrual flow, I would suggest that you use it not more than three times a day, and for a maximum of (4-5) days, not more than ...more

The actions of all these medicines are at different steps of coagulation cascade. So the doctor decides according to the need of patient and his liver status, platelets counts, aptt level, inr ratio, prothrombin time etc. So a fixed combination cannot be given to every patient. The mefenamic acid and trenexa combination is used when spasmodic pain of smooth muscles is associated with bleeding eg. Menstrual bleeding with pain. U can consult me online privately for further questions.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
For more details you can consult online.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. Blood coming from mouth can be from oral cavity, back side of oral cavity, lungs, also post nasal bleeding can come from nose and sinuses. A proper clinical ent and chest examination is required which might require further evaluation (like x ray chest, sputum exam, nasal endoscopy, ct scan of sinuses) depending on clinical assessment. Kindly consider a thorough clinical examination from ent / physician to arrive at a diagnosis. Thank you.
