This medication is used to treat heavy bleeding during your menstrual period. Tranexamic acid works by slowing the breakdown of blood clots, which helps to prevent prolonged bleeding. It belongs to a class of drugs known as antifibrinolytics. ... It does not stop your period. You cannot make your face glow by using skinless lite cream and tranexamic acid tablets

The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.

Hello, You need to get an USG done to check for foetal viability and heart beat or early placental separation. Tranexamic acid will not help but progesterone support should have been started and complete bed rest is indicated.

The actions of all these medicines are at different steps of coagulation cascade. So the doctor decides according to the need of patient and his liver status, platelets counts, aptt level, inr ratio, prothrombin time etc. So a fixed combination cannot be given to every patient. The mefenamic acid and trenexa combination is used when spasmodic pain of smooth muscles is associated with bleeding eg. Menstrual bleeding with pain. U can consult me online privately for further questions.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
For more details you can consult online.
