Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello Lybrate user. For pain you can try plain tramadol. Be aware of vomiting and headache which are side effect of tramadol take care.

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.
