Insulin is the best drug for treating diabetes. Usually in T2 DM it is used along with oral drugs. Shifting to some ayurvedic combination is not going to be any benefit at all. I have seen the the details mentioned, where there is no mention of actual glucose levels and HbA1c%, dietary details, extent of daily physical activity, seum creatinine and urea levels, BP readings and lipid profile. It appears you have uncontrolled diabetes. You are referring to HbA1c% of 9% I think. In a well controlled diabetic person FBG should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP should be 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%
Therefore there is a need to look at your overall treatment which includes drugs being taken, with their dosage, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and maintaining of normal body weight. We also have look at other details like lipid profile, BP...more

It will take some time. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
