Can I use CLOSALVE FC (clotrimazole, clobetasol propionate, fusidic acid) cream on itchy rashes in pregnancy? I used to use this cream before pregnancy as prescribed by my dermatologist for my itchy skin and rashes and it really helped but I'm not sure if I can use it in pregnancy.

Hi I am suffering from skin problem since 6 months ago. I used some creams like a betnovate derma 5 many more but my body heavy itching. But not cured. I shows a some doctors they gave me a clotrimazole cream and clobetasol cream. Some doctors says a its a tinea cruris and some doctors says it's a dermatophytosis now which treatment i'll take tell me a which is good between clotrimazole and clobestol for skin fungal infection.

Tinea cruris is same as dermatophytosis. Please stop using those creams before it causes permanent damage to the skin. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. Hi, I am experiencing excessive hair loss since the past month. My hair volume has reduced by more than 20% in this period. I suffered from Chikungunya nearly 2 months ago. Can the hair loss be related to it? I contacted a dermatologist who suggested follihair, anaphase shampoo and a 1: 2 ratio of clobetasol propionate topical solution with clotrimazole topical solution. Gentamycin is pregnancy category d drug. It should only be prescribed when benefits outweighs risk to foetus.in case of some serious life threatening infection of the mother.

I am having jock itch since 1 yr. I tried various creams with clotrimazole, miconazole, beclometasone, clobestol propionate etc on advice of doctors but nothing is working. Till I apply this cream, itching is bit less but it comes back with greater intensity as soon as I stop applying even for 1 day. I want to get rid of it permanently.
