Dear lybrate-user as I can see your obese and also suffering from dyslipidemia, I would suggest you to do regular exercise along with strict diet control. I would suggest you to take the medication which is being prescribed once you follow all the instruction you may not need it for lifetime.

Hi lybrate-user, as you say she was having st elevation and started on atorva and clopidogrel and afternoon 2 months st normal.
I would like to know the presentation at time of first ecg 2 months ago.
Would be better if you send me her both ecg / echo if done
also would like to know her risk factor before I advice you further management.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The pain if not controlled by medication will require further investigation & your treating cardiologist would decide if she requires angioplasty or bypass - she should follow a heart healthy diet with more of fibrous food like vegetables & fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts
