Hello, Clopidogrel & aspirin are needed for her to prevent aggregation of platelets statins needed for keeping cholesterol level in check. In patients with diabetes these drugs are often used in relation to cardiac problems, plus dyslipidemia is a commonly seen condition in diabetes. So there no problem with these drugs. Thanks.

You can use dulcolax 5 mg once tabulate per day, although you are using evabride, ecosprin, lipvas, lostat, platloc and cold once in a day,
you try to reduce constipation by eating high fibre vegetables, cooked or raw (link bindi-lady's finger, bitter gourds and so son) also, check your thyroid function by a tft test and take care to deliberately drink a lot of water 3-3 litres daily.

lybrate-user, Lipicure tablet is given in a person who has increased lipid level (cholesterol) particularly total cholesterol, LDL & Triglycerides. In a person with diabetes most often there dyslipidemia (increased lipids). Therefore such a tablet is given. Fenofibrate is more often used when triglycerides are increased. Thanks.
