Hi back pain consist of two components - pain from the spine which can cause severe spasm which can aggravate the pain
muscudol has a muscle relaxant with paracetamol
muscudol is only advise if there is muscle spasm .it can make you tired during the day.
If your pain is not improved with diclofenac and there is spasm on the back muscodol can be taken .it is best used for short term severe pain.

Yes there is no harm in using Ecosprin , its a pain killer, anti platelet and fever drug. It will work faster than ibuprofen and diclofenac.
