Pls note you should never stop allopathic medicines without proper advice from years physician. Secondly some of these medicines may have withdrawn symptoms and also may create certain chemical imbalances in years body.
I would advice you to re consult years psychiatrist and work out a course of action accordingly, you may also seek a second opinion if not happy with years doctor.

They do have side effects, but not all may be affected .and those affected without benefits .why they should continue .Why not shift to NATURAL treats and. It is fine to take paracetamol with ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or codeine (assuming these are appropriate for you). However, don't take paracetamol with co-codamol, co-dydramol or Tramacet because these contain paracetamol.

Hi as a doctor practicing psychiatry I see your medicine inderal as non judicious and even Toficalm is not to be used for social anxiety for long term. But you will get relief for short time but not a definite cure. You can consult a psychiatrist regularly and follow his advice correctly.
