Asked for Female, 36 years old from Mumbai

Today on 9 March 2018 I am 36 week three days pregnant with twins babies. At 34 weeks my doctor gave me dexamethasone shots to mature babies lungs 12 mg x3 shots. On 7 March 2018 I was 36 week one day pregnant .but my sonography report on 7th March 2018 shows that my babies growth is of 34 weeks 4 days and other is 34 weeks 5 days of gestation and their weight is 2595 and 2609 respectively. Doctor told me to deliver my babies on 12 March 2018. My question is that is this right time to deliver my babies? After delivery they can have breathing problem or can be sent to NICU? And why my babies growth is showing backward that is 34 weeks 4 days and 34 weeks 5 days even if my gestational age is 36 week one day on 7th March?

Chalazion is a cyst and will not go by antibiotics...
You can consult for homoeopathic treatment.. or will need to remove it with surgery.

Ikul won't help. Use Antibiotic such as Obra (TOBRAMYCIN) eye drop 4 times or ACULAR LS drops. Three times a day, and consult an eye specialist.

Hello since 4 months I am suffering from red eyes, sticky water coming from eyes morning eyes fixed with yellow sticky and extreme itching in eyes I have consulted 3 ophthalmologist they are giving/experimenting all sorts of eye drops steroid eye drops, antihistamines, lubricant eye drops, various ointment etc and I have taken 30 antibiotic tablets 500 mg with more than 30 allergy tablets still the same eye problem exists no improvement. What is this allergy or infection? Please tell me how to know what is my problem? Will I go blind if this continues because the doctors have given me everything since 4 months still my eyes not cured please tell me will my eyes be cured? What is my problem?

Dear Jitendra,
Dexona is dexamethasone, i think. It is NOT a drug for alcohol dependence. But alcohol dependent person like your father, may be having many other illness that may be treated with dexamethasone.

Hi Team, Please help me in this case I am 27 years old I am having BP for last 2 years daily I am checking with doctor it's results is coming like blood pressure increases and decreases, Then doctor said that have to gone through the tests like, USG ABDOMEN, RFT CSE, RENAL DOPPLER, ECG, 2D ECHO, THYROID PROFILE, CBP ESR, CUE, 9 ALLLUMBS BP, LIPID PROFILE, 24 HOUR URINEPROTEIN, FBS, PLBS,RPT RFTES ELECTRO these tests are done no results found, after that doctor suggested me consult the ENDOCRINOLOGY to Do these tests. Again I have gone through some tests like 24 hours urine metanephrines test and overnight dexamethasone suppression test and oral glucose tolerance test (1) fasting (2) 2nd blood sugar. And Funduscopy (option option and Ct abdomen. After all these are done after that doctors said that this is called Essential Hypertension that does’t have a known secondary cause. Sir please kindly advise me is there any other route cause to control the BP or any route cause doctor said the life time have to take the tablets I am afraid to take tablets life take my age is not 30 I am just 27 please advise for that. Awaiting for your highly advise if I get a answer Thanks

this is due to seasonal allergy , it can not be cured permanently. you can use, Corticosteroid eye drops with active ingredients dexamethasone, fluorometholone, and prednisolone
Antihistamine eye drops with active ingredients emedastine and olopatadine
