It means you have a false positive TMT, which happens occasionally. It is good that your angiogram is normal, so continue eating healthy, do brisk walking for 40-45 mins daily and avoid smoking and drinking. And in future instead of TMT please get a stress echo done because your TMT will always come false positive.

Get lipid profile test done & c reactive protein that shows inflammation anywhere in the body. Remember if bad cholesterol is the culprit for plaque formation, equally bad is inflammation. Do not eat acidic diet like fried foods or non veg in large amounts. Eat alkaline food like seasonal fruits, vegetables and home cooked simple daal roti, chawal & subji.
