Please control Weight and all else will improve, take channa based diet with channa flour 80% and barely 20% chappatis and avoid wheat,rice, sugar, and milk. if you take this diet you will reduce your weight by 2 kg every months. regards

Jayashriji, Ideally when you are on treatment for hypothyroidism with adequate dosage of thyroxine then TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, then most of the symptoms are well in control. If the TSH levels go up, then the symptoms invariably reappear. Changing the dosage on your own is not good. It is better to take your doctor's opinion. Further there is no mention of current TSH level to give any opinion.Thanks

When dehydration is there it cannot fly because of tired. When there is blood in stool try oxytetracycline or enrofloxacin powder mixed with water and and give orally.
