Apart from medicine you should do regular planned exercises for you.

If pain is not improving and numbness increasing, surgery may help, but if you want non surgical treatment try at least for 3 months before resorting to any other treatment.

Hi dear,
Facetogenic pain is usually caused due to locking of facet joints in vertebrae or due to some pathology over the part.
This condition can be very well treated by Spinal mobilization by certified Manual Therapist.
Apart from this regular strengthning and stretching of lower back muscles as well as lower limb limb's muscle would also be reliving.
Moist heat over lower back for 20-30 min at least twice daily would be beneficial.
