If she is allergic to any vaccines taken in the past, she should absolutely avoid the vaccine. With these allergies she can go ahead. Your mother is probably suffering from complications of diabetes. She needs to have her sugar levels in strict control. Taking Ciprofloxacin-Tinidazole for a prolonged period is NOT advisable as it has its own side-effects. Do get in touch with an endocrinologist and get her examined.

Very less percentile. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds.
