Asked for male, 55 years old from Patiala

My grandfather is suffering from fever for the past 45 days or so. He gets fever of 99-100 C one time a day and then we give him dose of paracetamol but this is becoming a daily continuous cycle. We have already checked him for various infections and diseases like tuberculosis, cancer, etc but none have been diagnosed. Please Help.
