I am 30 week pregnant, My Age 28 years. I am taking Folic acid tab, iron and calcium supplements, Multivitamin tab and Duvadilan tab. Recently I checked my haemoglobin level which is 10.8 gm/dl. What should I do now and which food can help to increase my haemoglobin level?

Am 33 weeks pregnant and been diagnosed with placenta previa. I have also suffered from bleeding 3 times is last one and half months. Everytime in case of bleeding, I had to admitted for 2 days and recd treatment of pause, duvadilan and sustain injectable. My doctor has advised to take duphaston and duvadilan retard since last 3 months. I have read so many negatives about these medicines on the baby. Pl advise about use of any of these medicines in my case. How long should I continue it?

Imust in your case with placenta previa as the bleeding or uterine pains will be adverse for both you and the baby it should be cotinued till 34wks atleast or as the gyn evaluates pl avoid sex.

I'm facing 2nd trimester miscarriage (1st was pprom17. 5 weeks, 2 and was twins unknown reasons at 20w) 3rd preterm delivery at 28. 1 weeks due to urine infection. That time I had cervical cerclage and taken duvadilan tablet. I'm going to plan pregnancy now, (normal conception) my doc told about heparin injection from conception to delivery can I take duvadilan tablet and heparin injection together? Does I really need heparin injection? What are the indications for taking heparin injection? Is it safe to use daily? Does I need any blood test before starting heparin?

Canât comment on your heparin prescription without seeing proper reports. U can take a call consult if you wish and definitely you can take duvadilon and heparin together but for sure you need to get a circlage done again and good progesterone support in pregnancy with proper rest in pregnancy.

Dear sir I am 15 weeks pregnant and after 13 weeks I had red frequent bleeding for 2 days then doctor stopped it by giving treatment. And baby was fine in ultrasound. Now I have some mild very mild pains and brown and back discharge in the morning only is coming about 2 tablespoons. My doctor said me its old blood and she has given me EMSYL 500 AND isoxsuprine hydrochloric SR 40 tablets. Is there anything to worry or not. Because I suffered from 2 months miscarriage 6 months ago. Please guide me sir. And please tell these tablets are safe during pregnancy.

My 27 week ultra sound says that I have posterior placenta grade 2 maturity. I faced some spotting also. Doctor suggests me to take susten 200sr & duvadilan 10 mg. My q is it placenta previa? Is susten help for this? Can I go full term pregnancy? & can progesterone cause any bad effect in future for fetus & mother? Pls help me doctor.

You can continue the same though I personally would prefer susten and duphaston and not duvadilan.

Hi doc! I am 24 weeks pregnant. My scan shows an increase in fibroid size (posterior wall intramural: 70x57 mm). I also have a fungal subserosa fibroid on the left measuring 54x55 mm (with no change in size). Doc has put me on duvadilan. I have immense lower abdomen pain. Will it settle? fibroid size usually increase during pregnancy .you should take adequate rest ,restrict your activity.
avoid prolonged standing .
keep yourself hydrated .
continue taking medicines as advised by your doctor.
there is a slight increased risk of preterm delivery.
follow your doctor's advice all will be fine
