Tidilan is not used these sdays it has nothing to with preventing or delaying labour pains but some sideeffects like increasing heart beat and decreasing blood pressure.

Duvadilan retard is generally considered safe to use in pregnancy but it is usually not given at this period of gestation as it doesn’t cause much effect of relaxation on such a small uterus.
