Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily.
Use aha glow face wash once in a day.
Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Aldactone should be started only after dermatolgical consultation in person (bcos this drug has various side effects and contraindications. But yes it is one of the drug for hirsutism and 6 months to 1 year of therapy is required. Laser epilation therapy is better than oral medication for hirsutism but combination therapy is also used. first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time
2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black
3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml
4.avoid late night sleep
