Only one application of permethin is enough. And it will take 1 to 2 week to get recovered.

Don't worry. It won't get absorbed by your testis. So sperm count and semen quality and quantity won't be affected. But if you feel that it is less then get a semen analysis done because there can be other causes of decreased sperm count.
